
OAT AND FOREST FRUIT PANCAKES
Preparation time: 15 minutes.
INGREDIENTS:
Oat flakes: 30g,
2 eggs,
Walnut kernels: 30g,
Baking powder,
Rum essence or any other essence,
Cow's pilos cheese 6.5% fat or Greek yogurt: 150g,
Frozen berries: 50g,
Coconut flakes: 20/30 grams,
Non-caloric liquid sweetener.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the oats, eggs, walnut kernels and baking powder in the blender for a few seconds, then add the flavoring essence.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the cheese with the liquid sweetener.
3. Prepare a pancake in a hot pan, then leave it to cool for a few minutes and evenly spread the slightly sweetened cheese on top. Sprinkle the berries and coconut flakes on top.

OAT FLAKE TIRAMISU
Preparation time: 30 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
Oat flakes: 150g,
Almonds or walnuts: 70g,
1 finely grated apple,
2 eggs,
1 teaspoon baking powder,
100 ml any type of milk,
1 teaspoon vanilla essence,
Pilos cheese: 400g,
Sweetener,
1 simple espresso coffee,
Cocoa powder for dusting.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the oats with the almonds in a blender until you get a fine flour.
2. Then add the eggs, grated apple, milk, liquid sweetener, baking powder to obtain a homogeneous mixture with a viscous texture and put it on a baking sheet in the oven at 180 degrees, until it turns brown.
3. Separately, mix the pilos cheese with the sweetener and vanilla essence.
4. After the top has cooled, cut it into two equal halves. Sprinkle the first half with coffee and then spread a layer of fluffy cheese.
5. Place the second half of the top on top and at the end spread a new layer of cow hair cheese on top of which sprinkle cocoa.

LAMINGTONS WITH COCONUT
Preparation time: 45 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
Oat flakes: 200 g,
Greek yogurt: 400 g,
Sweetener,
Coconut butter: 1 tablespoon,
Baking powder: 1 teaspoon,
Dark chocolate cocoa 90%: 100 g,
Coconut flakes: 40g.
Method of preparation:
1. Oat flakes are crushed in a blender and then mixed with yogurt, sweetener, melted coconut butter and baking powder.
2. Put the mixture in the oven for 30 minutes on the baking sheet, until it turns brown, then let it cool and cut it into symmetrical pieces.
3. Pour the melted chocolate mixed with a teaspoon of melted coconut butter over these pieces.
4. And then sprinkle the coconut flakes, it must be put in the refrigerator until the glaze hardens.

RAHU CAKE
Preparation time: 25 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
Eggs: 4,
Cocoa: 50 g,
Corn starch: 20g,
Pilos creamy cheese: 400g,
Gelatin: 20g,
Sweetener.
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the egg whites well until they become foam, then add a few drops of sweetener. Separately, mix the egg yolks with the starch and cocoa and after they are homogenized, add them to the egg white foam.Pour everything into a tray on baking paper and put in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
2. While the top is baking, mix the cheese with the sweetener and the gelatin that you first dissolve in cold water and after a few minutes you heat it in a water bath, but not more than 60 degrees to have the water.When you mix it with the cheese, the gelatin should be cold and already set.
3. Once the sponge cake is baked, let it cool and cut it lengthwise.. between the two parts, add the cheese and then let it cool for a few tens of minutes.
