My name is Mihai. Do you know what the phase is? Heraclitus said, about the men on the battlefield: "Out of every hundred men, ten should not be there, eighty are only targets, nine are the real fighters and we are lucky to have them, because they support fight and only one is a warrior...".

 

In the given context it doesn't matter whether you are male or female you are equally eligible to find your greatness and become a warrior. But for that you must equip yourself for the battle ahead with the mental weapons that exist and have existed in your inner space. Only you can change the direction of the inner dialogue to change the set of thoughts, which will in turn change the series of actions and automatically the results

Program yourself for confidence

​Self-discipline is the ability to do the right thing, when it's right, whether you like it or not. Start with small things for example, tie and untie shoelaces, always wash the dishes after eating, develop a discipline to brush your teeth with your left hand, always prepare meals ahead of time, if you live in a block of flats make a commitment to don't use the elevator unless absolutely necessary.

I know these simple things seem trivial, but I aim for something else when I teach them to you, namely to teach you to keep order around you, in the environment in which you carry out your activity, order which is imperative to be maintained in your mind as well.

 

By developing this skill and doing things you don't like every day, a new level of awareness will slowly set in.

Conclusions already drawn

In 1955, the American psychologist Solomon Asch conducted an experiment, following the way in which our perception is distorted by the perceptions of those around us, those with whom we interact. Mister Asch, used 9 subjects who were looking at some images projected on a screen, specifically 18 exercises with lines of different sizes. Of the 9, only one did not know about the experiment, the other 8 were instructed to give wrong answers. In the end what do you say? In the face of this unanimous agreement, would the latter still have had his own point of view? No, although the correct answers were obvious to him, he chose to give the wrong answer suggested by others.

The same situation arises when we talk about what, how much, how to eat to be healthy and in shape. Although you clearly see that you neither feel well, nor lose weight, nor have energy, you will continue to do the same thing because most people do.
